I got this button today at a foundation site of an old one room school house. I hope one of you button guru's can ID her. the back has the following writing on it.....AM Button CO Newwark NJ

It's a military general service button C-1901 - 1920. The company that made it went out of business in 1920 so it's more than likely an early one. American Button Co.
