Any ghost town hunters/explorers?

Search under "Cowboy Flats" for facts about Campbell, OK. 1st. called Campbell, then Anna Campbell, then Pleasant Valley. Active little town until the 1950's then train tracks were abandoned and town dis-appeared. Church burned down and nothing left except the old school building on land donated by my great uncle. Nice book about it available from the Oklahoma Library system called "Cowboy Flats". Lots of info about the history of the town.

Has anyone metal detected out in the old town that you know of!

Not that I know of. We took a trip there a couple years ago. Found some folks that actually knew my relatives. Nothing left of the original town at all. Not even any foundations and such. School house on my great uncles farm is in fair shape.
