Old Barrel Spigot??

Hello, I found this today, and it looks to be a barrel spigot. But, unlike most barrel spigots it's made out of pewter, not brass. Also, the thing on the end of the it is threaded.The other barrel spigot in the photo is a COMFIRMED colonial barrel spigot that I found this year spigot used for reference

Any ideas of age, and other other info about it.
