Old Brass lock (pictures added)

Does anyone know anything about this Pad Lock. There's no name on the lock. The letter, and number on it is B-----1. Its on the locking part. I found it near two Grave sites that go back to the mid 1800's.

Hi Old River,

Can you put up a picture of the keyway(bottom) & give me the dimentions of the case & shackle? I can probably figure it out for you. I've got some similar in my collection but need a little more info to go on.

Its a Scandinavian type padlock.. I will search for a pic.

Thanks BicC for solving the mystery. Locks are facinating. Never know what they were protecting. Maybe its close by.

BigCypress hit it right on. Only thing I can add is these locks start out at around $15 & go to $100+. Hang on to it! You made a great find!
