old butter knife with floral pattern? what era is it from?

found this old butter knife, it's very thin and has a floral pattern on the blade and the handle. measures 6.5" in long

anybody know when this piece was made? I think it's early 1900's maybe earlier?

could it be 1906 era?

that would be nice if it is from around 1906 or earlier, maybe it survived the great San Francisco earthquake circa 1905 - 1906 ?

found this old fork on ebay made by Crown Silver Co circa 1896

looks like it is early 1900's era, also has a similiar floral design
