Old Clay Pipe Found in Rappahannock River

[Bkatz]

Found this old clay "Pipe" looking item in the Rappahannock. Looks native due to the Clay type wrapping... Could be the center of something...not sure.

Any chance it's a fossilized coral? The Rappahannock is known for such finds.

PS We have our own Rappahannock here too! Slightly smaller
