Your first item in question kind of looks like an old buggy step.

I think that is the trip lever for an automatic livestock waterer.

From 1800 on it was a dairy farm if that helps

The trip lever for a watering device for livestock is likely correct but I was thinking of a seat for a toy farm tractor.
