Old Foreign Coin. Greek Roman is it Real?

[Kurios1]

Howdy. My buddies mother recovered this coin a few years ago. She was probably in her late 80's when she recovered this coin thingy. It was her first find and maybe her last but, very cool for sure. Is it an actual coin as it had a hinge applied to it and another piece making it look like a sort of compact. Goofy looking thing but, the coin looked real. Well, if anyone knows what it might be please chime in. Thanks for your assistance. Kurios1

Nope not an actual Roman Coin.

I respect your finding. You have dug enough to know I believe. Thank you.

Here's another with the same style and legends -- the person writing the description put a lot of effort into it!
