✅ SOLVED Old German religious medal?

Hi, some time ago I acquired the medal depicted below. So far I was unable to get any more information about its origin besides its probable text: "Seit ale Zeit nüchtern betont wacht wie Cristus uns selber geleret und befohlen hat". Even though my main area of interest are coins I would not mind if any of you would be able to tell me something more about this little piece of art (e.g. what the theme represents, where/how it could have been used...) ;-).

Thanks a lot! This really looks like it - description fits, the text more or less as well and diameter is correct. The weight roughly fits as well. And if it had been used in Czech lands, even better, since I am from Czech Republic myself .
