Got up in the low 40's and sunny, good time to hit the old farm fields, I read in a post awhile back someone said farmers didn't take money in the fields while plowing,Never said anything about RINGS!!!!!Man,am I thrilled! Prior to 1905 I believe they didn't have "K".No hallmark and I'd say it was custom made, don't recognise the figure,Egyptian ? God Bless All Chris MERRYCHRISTMAS

Just got back from having tested,18K,the man said I'll give you 75.00 my reply,No you won't!!!

Nice job on that ring Chris, and to think you did not even have to go diving for it.

Gorgeous looking ring and from a field to boot. Great find.
Thanks Marchas,old homesite,torn down in the 30's,now a tobacco field.Never know!!!

Well that being the case, make sure you look for arrowheads too while you're out there. Especially if there is water nearby
It is VERY close to the Conn.River,I talked to a man this summer and he told me when he was a kid he and his uncle used to fill tin cans with arrowheads near this spot.
