Im wondering the same thing, i have one of those screws at home. Theres only a hole in one side of the top, cant figure out what it is for.

Easy part to confuse....that drawer pull.
All my topjaw flintlock screws are rounded where they pass through the jaw. Holes go all the way through too,for leverage turning them with a rod passed through them.

way cool finds, I can see exactly why one would think that the one was from a gun. the reverse side of that one button is very nice too. the jug parts, would have been awesome to have found it complete.

I've found a lot of those furniture screws and the handles that go into the hole end. I want that plated "treble" button. In case you didn't already know, plated means silverplate, extra, orange, or gild means gold plate. I've found a few buttons that are treble buttons, but that one I especially like!
