Nails look to be handmade. The canvas is very old.

I can’t offer much in the way of age or artist. Does the back side reveal anything? It is a well done, bucolic scene. Such landscapes have been popular for 150 years and more. The nails and frame should be shown. An art historian would possibly be able to narrow down an age by seeing those. I would guess 1890-1925, but that’s strictly a stab with little data. 🍀
