old piece of jewlery with diamonds+rubies

found this piece today atleast 7inches down.it looks to me to be a eye surrounded by diamonds andred rubies?it has a pin like shank which has broke off at the beginning with a clasp on the back.this thing was totally filthy.soakedit in jewlery cleaner and scrubedit with asoft brist.toothbrush a few times and this is what i got.i have some stones that fell out during cleaning as well.anybody see1 like this before.found at a spot where me and a few buddies have dug seated coins.draipedbust large cents a ton of indianhead pennies.corenets.old bottle dumps and a ton of war relics and silver.thanx4 looking.

Take that Item and run it under cold water for a few minutes then take it to a jewler my wife says jewlery cleaner will damage the rubies. and other soft stones she says the color from the pics are very possibly rubies hope you havent damaged them chug and red

Costume Jewelry. 100% certain. The setting it's in is Brass, not Gold.

Still a cool find though.
