Man those were some aggressive spurs meant for some rank stock.
In my historical reading, I found that many times good horses were in short supply.

Agreed...they wore some nasty rowels on spurs back then.
As for the rank horses, I'd be rank too if some idiot cowpoke
dug those things into my flanks.. kitty.gif
