First try at a water hunt a week ago ended up a being a wet, cold, plan-B, onshore hunt on an unfamiliar trashy beach, the wind forecast was way off, nothing to speak of.
Wind cooperated today, sort of, 30+ sustained w/40mph gusts from inland made hearing quiet targets a little tough sometimes, but no waves to deal with.
39 degree water temp, 54 degrees, sunny & warm for a change!
Was about to call it good after a couple hours in the water, when I heard a very smooth mid-tone....
Somethin gold colored clinkin in the scoop....
