Opportunity knocked!

Hello everyone! I'm new here and am enjoying reading all this great information. I have always wanted a metal detector but just kept putting off getting one, but opportunity knocked! I live in the mountains of Colorado and was all around my land one day and had lost my glasses. I searched for hours and finally gave up....resigned to the fact that I would have to buy a new pair. As you can guess, I used the opportunity to buy a detector ( Prism V ) and found my glasses in about ten minutes! That cut the cost of the detector in about half right there! Anyway, thanks for sharing your posts, pics and opinions on this site so that a neophyte like me can ramp up to this exciting hobby! Dennis
