Ordering halves

Sorry if this has been asked before- when you find a bank/CU to order halves for you do you ask only for the 1time order or an ongoing order like weekly or bi-weekly?

Id say it depends on how willing the teller seems at first. If you have to coax them into ordering anything for you i wouldn't all the sudden ask for them every week. If they seem willing and happy to then try asking polity if they could order you a box a week. I would start out small no matter what and maybe after a few weeks or a month or so ask if you can have 2 or 3 a week.

If it's a new place for you to order, I would just ask for the one week first. See how it goes. You may have a teller sniper or they may not be able to get what you want. When you go to pickup, if everything seems cool, and they see you hand them the cash, then I would say ask for it to be a regular weekly occurrence. I would also build up your total over time. The first few weeks order a thousand, then if things are going smoothly, move up to two or four thousand—just take it slow. You have to have good dependable ordering banks or you're screwed.
