✅ SOLVED Oriental silver key or watch winder?

Hello all, found this tiny piece of silver today. I don’t know if it is a key or a watch winder. I can’t find a 925 stamp or makers mark. Was wondering if anyone had any clues as to what it is.

That's what I see too, and it looks to be made as a miniature representation of a Japanese 'uchiwa' fan. Perhaps a key for a trinket or jewellery box?

Whatever it is, if it it was a watch winding key it would have to a square recess in the end.

I’m with pistol-Pete , it doesn’t look like a watch winder unless the end somehow got spauled off.

Thank you all for replying, yes, it is bamboo and the item possibly had a loop on top of the fan like a charm would have. I’m thinking decorative not an actual use item.
