One old protocol, OTWBTTC, still in play. Funny how this has held true soooo many times!

Only marking I can find is "CN". Acid test for 10k failed but not right away. Possibly a low grade. Totally non-magnetic.

The codes also serve other purposes such as for postal exchange, banking transfers, on passports, and as internet domain identifiers.

China was allocated both ‘CHN’ and ‘CN’ (the latter typically used for brevity on small items such as jewellery). On Jewellery it may be accompanied by a more specific maker mark or trademark and a purity mark when the item is precious metal. If there’s no purity mark, it usually means the item is base metal costume jewellery, which may or may not be plated.

In case you didn't know, the toy figure is 'Hawkman' from DC Comics (first appearance in Flash Comics #1 in 1940). Lots of companies made them under licence.
