I think a short hose with valve at the hopper to rinse out the bucket would be useful.

That on fine looking machine

I see only one thing that I'd personally be concerned about but I don't know much about tromel s
I noticed water spraying out the side .
I'd be concerned a little about spraying gold out but that may not be of concern .
I don't know much about tromels. But I'd love to have a machine like that
What's the price gona be?

Nice looking trommel GG. You've addressed the issue I mentioned eariler in the posts. Material needs to be washed through most of the length before exiting through the screen. Otherwise it's really hard to get a good wash especially on hard packed and clayish material.

WOW...thats sweet.....You found more gold with that thing than I have found all together in Northern Indiana...lol Gotta drive 100 fricken miles south to just to find a few more pieces of DUST...lol

Do you allow camping in your back yard...LOL I probally got hoses and a 2" dredge nozzle around here some where to make that trommel a COMBO..to hell with those buckets..thats to much like WORK, great build though

If you are ever coming down to the Greensburg area, I can turn you on to a nice spot where we go. There are quite a few places around here we can hit. Just let me know when you will be around this way. I am thinking about taking the 3 inch dredge out this weekend to do some really cold work.
