So with the beach hunting stalled does anyone have a good plan B? Like searching for treasure that survivors, salvors, Indian tribes, etc might have stashed along the Treasure Coast?

Do your research then get private permission. These are good ideas. Except for the beach Florida has detecting on public land locked down. For instance I am told that Fort Vinton is now in a citrus grove. Also newly cleared lots in original towns or old trails used during Seminole Indian wars. Try Florida Memories website and state college or historical societies for old maps. Good luck.
