This was our last day on this field & we made it count, we finished the site in just over 4 hours.

It will take some effort to beat this day :headbang:

2 Medieval Belt Mounts
4 Roman Silvers - 1st C Denarius, 2 debased 3rd C Ant.s, 1 Very nice Siliqua of Juilian II.
2 Celtic Bronzes - unidentified Bull Reverse & a Rues (Tasciovanus) AE Unit. ca 10 BC - 10 AD. Lion right / Eagle with spread wings.
1 Celtic Silver Unit - Cunobelin, ca. 10-43 A.D. Silver Unit. Draped and winged bust r.; CVNO. Rv. Sphinx seated l.; TASCIO. See similar:

Celtic Coins are rare to find, both of these types are very rare, so 3 in a day is a record for us.

Thanks for all the replies.

Its actually the largest 13th C Annular Buckle Pin I have found, the buckle would have been seriously big.

Tiberius. 14-37 AD. AR Denarius. TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST, laureate head right / PONTIF MAXIM, Livia, as Pax, seated right; plain legs to chair with double line below.

Otherwise referred to as the Tibute Penny mentioned in the Bible. Its one of the most sort after Roman Silver Coins by collectors :o

Its my first Tiberius & my 3rd oldest roman coin find ever :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

A better machine :-\ Although I'm more than happy with its performance. I don't need massive depth when I have so much trash to clear, although a deep machine maybe handy for this field which we have done well for 4 years

Definitely a banner day post :headbang:

Thats what it felt like, I would have gone home happy with just the Seal Matrix. Its complete with loop & one of the earliest types produced :read2:

Another fantastic hunt and you did all that in 4 hours. I agree it was a banner days hunt but the moderators said you do not have any more room under your name??? :laughing7:
Just kidding. Thanks for sharing in another great hunt!

Having said this, there isn;t one Member on here who would'nt give there right kn....r for a day like that :icon_thumleft:
