Oxen Shoe

I think i may have stumbled on an old logging camp, found a handful of horse shoes, a pile of boot tacks and a lone oxen shoe. Makes me wonder if any of them had boots after a while

I didn't know they were a thing until I found this one. After researching, they were popular for when used ox to pull wagons and on ox for pulling logs. Pretty sure this logging camp feed logs to a saw mill that was milling railroad ties in the late 1800's.
