Hit an old park over the weekend- ground's still very dry, but got lucky enough to come away with these 2 awesome, better date Indians and this cuff link- park dates back to the mid 1850's- never seen one posted like it- any ideas what this symbol represents and the period?

Those cents are beauties Jeff, congratulations. Not sure but I think the creature is a Wyvern, which do not have hind legs. Can't quite tell from the photo. Cool find!
