pair of Whats Its and a plate

pair of What's It's and a plate

I found these pins? emblems a couple hundred yards apart. They are are 2 " long and go in different directions.
I have no clue about the plate. The 2 straps on the back are riveted on.

I believe the two pins are harness boss. Have never seen this shape before. They are really cool relics :icon_sunny:

What are the odds that they are from the same jacket?
