This appears to be a point but then from one side it looks like a bird effigy. Any Feedback i.d.ing it would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

this is neither a point nor an effigy. appears to be a piece of heavily oxidized quartz or quartzite.

Hate to dissapoint you, but it appears to be nothing more than natural rock or "Leaverite," sorry. :-\
