Well that's two hundred pennies you didn't have to dig!

Re: "Pennies from heaven"

I'd say you did pretty well for a couple of days. You may not normally dig the pennies but I do! I turned in over 700 dollars worth of them a couple years ago. I save them in a big old 5 gal water bottle. Any you don't want.... just let me know. My brother in law also doesn't dig pennies and I told him the same thing. ::)

Re: "Pennies from heaven"

looks like you had a good two days to me!

I dig every single repeatable signal when I am out there....I am not confident enough to believe I absolutely KNOW it is a penny til I see it! lol

Re: "Pennies from heaven"

I like the skull, I collect them! You got to dig the pennies to get to the good stuff. i think i've dug over 500 so far this year. maybe by the end of the year i'll have enough to buy a new toy :tongue3:

. great finds

Re: "Pennies from heaven"

I'm up to 1,164 (not counting wheats) so far this year and dug over 5,000 last year..most of them were easily retrievable and I didn't spend lots of time finding them.

There are advantages..antique toy cars, lost keys and tokens often ring out as pennies..I have a respectable collection of each as a result.

Re: "Pennies from heaven"

Lately I have just been digging the silver VDI (80+) found one silver dime in a park with dozens of clad hits. Clad dimes and pennies ring in as 77-79. Silver and large copper ring in as 80-92, clad quarters are about 83-84 silver quarters are 84-86. This is with the MXT.... Oh nice finds !

Keep @ it and HH!!
