If you're just going to hunt someone's yard and it's only a one time thing I couldn't imagine putting a piece of paper in front of them it would probably close the door in my face for me its just to make sure nobody's going to run me off the property as far as liability goes if I fall and hurt myself I get up and blame myself

Gator boy is right . Permission forms, contracts , etc... is the fasted way to get a "no". Just a verbal is good enough . (unless they themselves ask for something in writing )

Does anyone have a permission form template that they can let me have?? fixin to do some door knocking and figured I might need one.
I agree, try to do it verbally if you can. If the landowner insists on one, or you need to have something in writing to show someone else, this is the one I use.

I keep my "division of finds" form separate. No point in giving them ideas! :laughing7:

Thanks, Its perfect
