I received a PM from a (Charter) member earlier and dashed off a reply. It would appear that my reply didn't actually get sent. I also selected the box to "save a copy in my outbox", nothing there either. Do I have to become a Charter Member to reply to/send PM's?

Nope... was probably just a connection error. I've lost many a PM because of that...
There's really nothing you can do, except start over. OR if you have a keylogger on your computer, then you might be able to get it back.
