🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Pewter plate with carvings

So before the excitement of finding my first civil war plate, I first found this oddball. I almost threw it out, until I noticed the S’s. There’s two S’s and possibly a W on one side, and weird stuff on the other. Any ideas?

Sometime in history looks like someone may have used this as practice piece or trying out a new engraving tool. Several possibles lost to history, very interesting item.
