Pics -cannonballs?, knife from 2 feet below sand in Tampa Bay

An area of beach was recently washed out so I'd guess that these were 2-3 feet deep in sand. Any thoughts?

Salt water really takes its toll on metal huh. Sometimes you have to thank mother nature in allowing us to discover items that were once buried from our view. Great digs.
