6. = This one is RED, found another one, orange, today. Maybe for firework ?

You have found 2 projectors from Pen Flare Guns.They appear to use a .22 caliber blank to propel the flare.Push the closed end out and I believe you will find it to be a .22 caliber power load such as used in a nail gun.
