This button has CSH. I can't find any information on it.
Though it could be Confederate States Hospital?

Ah, I see its been id'ed.. a big indicator of post-civil war is the lack of serifs on the lettering. Almost 100% of buttons and their backmarks that date to the CW have serifs.
