Pinpointing the Sovereign XS...without switching to "all metal"
I was just wondering how many of you pinpoint without flipping to "all metal" first? Is it possible? I was just thinking about it tonight and almost went out in the yard to try. I am ordering a straight shaft for my Sovereign and have been worried about having the box mounted under my elbow, as I am so used to just using my index finger to flip the all metal switch when pinpointing. I don't really want to install a remote pinpoint switch as first....I don't know how, lol, and second...couldn't stand to be detectorless for even a week while someone else does it. Anyway, just wanted to see if it was possible to accurately pinpoint the Sovereign in discriminate mode. Thanks!
