Oh man, great shots. This time of year, ice cold water, small lead, small hook ( size 10 ) and red Pautzke eggs on the bottom hard to beat for trout. Unless artificials only, then small red and white Daredevil, or small Rooster Tails. Or small streamers worked deep. Or, just try everything in the box! Something's gotta work! Heck of a nice day for fishing.

man I would kill to get back out towards montana and that way to do some fly fishing. Used to go every year, now work and kid prevents it. Strap me on some nymphs in a double drop tie, game over for those fishies. Unless they are hitting top water, then game on for the really exciting fishing!
