Please help identify

[bobbylena]

Hi, I have posted this on two other sites but have not come up with a positve id. Everyone seems to think it is from the Civil War era. I think it might possibly be a store card/token. Any help is greatly appreicated.
Thanks

Maybe from a merchant in Rhode Island? Where was it found?
