First one looks liek a commemorative token made by a private minting company, second looks like a british coin. Sorry thats all i know of the top of my head....

the only British coin I can find w/a cross on shield and head facing rght on other side is a 1836 4 pence

this is the only picture I could find on this, mine is the tj-011,,the tj-012 is listed as the shell game pieces,, mine has the double c mint mark,,the carson city mint mark is " c c "? the game pieces are mint marked on the left, I think w/the franklin mint mark,,anyone know of this double c mint mark ?http://www.varietynickels.com/medals.htm,,,bigcypresshunter,,i found these on the beach where a 6 foot dune was washed out,,the other is a 4 pence groat 1836 worth 5$ in perfect condition,,so about 20 cent in this condition,,so I cleaned it and it is the copper colored 1

I looked at the TJ link that you left. I guess my brass Abe Lincoln is also a 011. It does look almost like a CC on the right shoulder. Why would a game piece have a mint mark? Your coin matches mine exactly. (except mine is Abe L.) Now I am interested. Do you know how old they are? Or any other information. What is an Indian peace medal? I could find no other info on your link, just a picture.

thats all I have found, is a picture I did see the shell game tokens on ebay but none match what I hace , you would think w/a mint mark we could find what company minted it ,,here is something else I found whitch still doesn't tell me much about the one I have sept that it could be the copper/bronze type,,,http://www.exonumia.com/fakes.htm,,,,have you found the amoco game pieces? do? they have the double c mint mark on them,,also on the first link w/all the pictures of tokens , some have info if you click the number under the picture,,the tj-012 says that it is a shell presidential game piece,,,it has a mint mark to the left of the shoulder,,does anyone know if the double c means cast copy,,,or commemorative copy??,,,,maybe it is a ,,o c or c o

I have a Jefferson token that is the same as yours, I've been looking for any info on it but as of yet, nothing but what you already know. If I find anything else, I'll post it here.
