Plow part?

I found these along with 50 other various iron items at an old farm site. The items in the picture were all found within 5 feet of one another. Can someone please help me identify the item at the top of the picture? Thanks

that is an adjustable arm that holds the plow point

Pete, I think after looking at a few pictures that your items might be of parts of a horse-drawn cultivator rather than a plow. The larger "duckfoot" would be for hilling the rows. Take a look at the picture. It's at least a Maybe.
