This nickel has the reverse of a penny stamped in the obverse. Is this PMD or an awesome error?

In the middle of "five cents" it says liberty vertically.

The best thing to do is get an understanding of the minting process. With that you can answer the majority of questions on your own. For example, it's impossible for anything remotely resembling your coin to happen at the mint. Another giveaway is the reverse lettering in the stamped design. That shows it is a 'squeeze job".
