Found this the other day, I think its from a pocket watch, but not sure thats why I'm posting it here. the hole in the bottom doesnt go all the way through the loop, but it has 2 small holes on the end. The small top loop piece spins freely. ??? any help would be greatly appriaciated. thanks Dean
