Just to clarify, did u mean box average from 1/1/14 - 3/31/14 or just results in January of this year? I didn't know if that ending date might have been a typo.

Yes sorry. From Jan first of 2014 thru March 31st 2014. Average silver keepers per box.

Halves = 0.196 per box (this includes the two good boxes where I found all the silver proof bicentennials and the current 76skunk streak im on)
Dimes= 0 on a skunker for the year

From 78 boxes I've got 176 silvers for an average of 2.25 silvers per box. This is for 2014....I doubt it will last.

I was just going over my figures and I didn't realize I've found 21 silver keepers from half boxes in each month so far this year. But I've been increasing the number of boxes a little each month so my silver per box average has been going down slightly each month. And it's kinda interesting I've searched exactly 1/3 (26) the total number of boxes u have so far this year Ben, but my silver per box average (2.42) is almost exactly the same as yours.

1/1/14 - 1/31/14: 21 silver keepers from 5 half boxes: 4.2 average per box

2/1/14 - 2/28/14: 21 silver keepers from 9 half boxes

1/1/14 - 2/28/14: 42 silver keepers from 14 half boxes: 3.0 average per box

3/1/14 - 3/31/14: 21 silver keepers from 12 half boxes

1/1/14 - 3/31/14: 63 silver keepers from 26 half boxes: 2.42 average silver keepers per box

My box average will probably keep going down also.

Yes...all I search is halls. I was doing dimes but too many we're being counted as cents by the machines so I quit.

Ive gotten 10 keepers in over 150 boxes. This damn pallet better end soon! Nickels are much better. About 50 wars and 50 buffs, plus 2 Vs in about 60 boxes.

It will if you do enough boxes....guaranteed.

357(magnum baby!) boxes done so far this year. avg of 1.27 silvers per box.

Not near as good as last years numbers at all... but its still almost worth it... some weeks :P other weeks its just

It's kinda strange how u and StevePa have had such different success with your boxes this year. I bet his ytd silver per box average is better than anyone who's posted on this thread. At least you've done really well with nickels so far this year with a near 2 keeper per box average if u include buffalos and V's. That's the good thing about nickels - they help out a little when the halves aren't producing. But I hope both u and russell start getting some good half boxes soon.

You may not even be getting boxes from a pallet- they may just be recycling the majority of the coins without going further into the stack

I dump in brinks and pick up at garda. Havent received any of my own coins back yet. The batch number hasnt changed in 2 months. Im assuming that this batch number was some CRHers' dumps. So many marked coins. Ive reduced my weekly boxes from 22 to 8 until this changes. Going through nickels instead! Also buying an antique nickel slot machine to use all my buffalo and war nicks with... cant wait!
