Porcelain top

Looks like a canning top but it says baby, any ideas?

Google milk glass baby bottle lid insert and there are images similar to what you have. There is an image of a condensed milk for baby with the same lid insert and a mason ring with it.

Thanks man. Just found it. It's a bordens condensed baby milk lid circa 1910. Makes sense the bordens first milk plant is about 3 miles away.
