It's for real. Tried to dive down to get it a few times. It's about 25 feet deep. From what I have researched, with the hinges and flat top, it looks like it could be the real thing. Google 17th century Spanish treasure chest and see for yourself, let me know what you think!

Radio, If you can try to find out if there is any history of ships sinking near there. Also be sure to dot all your " i's" and cross all your " t's " treasure brings out big brother and modern day pirates even in vacation spots.

What it is is the scuba rental place there puts that down there so when you go swimming cause I see you didnt have diving gear.//.You see this old box on the bottom but you need to rent scuba gear to get to it,they might even put a plastic dabloon sticking out the side they then make a small fortune on the ensuspecting tourist.lol
