I would like some personal opinions before I find someone test it. If yes, how much do you think it would be worth?

looks more like a chip of glass to me, where was it found and why do you believe it to be diamond?

Not likely diamond, vitrified glass my opinion, welcome to tnet, keep posting lots of great people here

It has all the hallmarks of silica, not diamond imo.
