✅ SOLVED Possible stamped Civil War token

I picked up this small token and just wondering if it is civil war and what the markings mean. It is 13/16" in diameter. It is marked Good For 10 cents and signed Koehler on one side. This side is also stamped Ruth. The other side shows an eagle and is stamped E.P.Mc I believe. Any input is much appreciated! Thank you! Brad

Neat token! This ebay listing attributes the RUTH stamp to Francis J. Ruth of Baltimore.
