The 9010 verifies that it is a river runt box. Is that a PH after that?

Started this one tonight .99 auction. 1800s Julius Vom hofe 4/0 reel. Hope it does well!

RH I believe. ( I sent you a message also)

Alright, I think that is white body with a red head. Sadly a pretty common color. I responded to your pm, send me another if you didn't get my response. Good luck on that auction.

So I guess everybody's getting rid of their fishing stuff lately. Been killing it on fishing equipment. 4 penn reels, 4500ss x3 and a 5500ss all work all new line. $3 each!!!!!

I would remove all the line on any used reel. As a fisherman myself, I would never fish with unfamiliar/old line, whether it looks new or not. Also, the "new" one you showed in the box, same thing. Penn reels don't come pre-spooled.

Great buys by the way.

The new one went for $145. But I'll see how this fist one auctions. I believe that about not knowing what size line is on there. The first one is Braden so it's probably pretty strong but the other ones are not. I forgot what it's called filament line? Probably not right? We're going to go up to Tampa and go fishing here probably next week so I'll take one and see how it does!

Yeah, probably monofilament. Great buy by the way! I really want yard sale season to get here. :laughing7:

Anyone finding anything?

Haven't been buying much this year. The last sale I went to was about 2 months ago. I found this tackle box for $4 loaded. Nothing special but for $4 It was a no brainer. Same sale also found another vintage camp stove for the same $4, SVEA 123. Here's the pics-

I bought a whole bunch of heddon lures and some other wooden Lures but are pretty bad. I think the tacklebox might be worth more than the fishing Lures are.

Got any pics?

Nice buy. I snagged 25 or so hardbaits today for $20. Not nothing great, but it was okay. A bunch of newer stuff mainly.

TS pick of a nice rod today

Had to run up and get some razors this afternoon and hit the ARC on the way home. Saw they put a little pile of fish rods out recently and as always I check em out. Spotted this Made In U.S.A. Fenwick-Eagle 2pcs. Graphite 6' rod for $3.99 + tx. Total came to $4.33 for this very nice piece. It'll be an easy profit of 30-40 bucks I'm hoping ?

Better then my recent find. That's a small fortune sitting there in all that. Starting those lures at .99 each wouldn't cause me a concern. Lures will almost always sell for $5 and up. Some can be very valuable. Best I ever did on a fishing item was a Wright & McGill bamboo rod I got at a yard sale for $5 and it sold for $455.00. I did find an old Penn real with box at a flea market that sold well. Can't remember for what it went, but I recall it made money. Not much in the way of old fish gear here in the mountain States like back east.

BK, some of the red eyed silver lures sell for $15-20 ( like pictured in the box). I've sold a few of them on eBay.

All right I will look some of them up tomorrow. Instead of the auction. Break them up I guess. Some of them are pretty roached out though.
