If you have them stored on your hard-drive or web-hosting site, it's fairly simple.

1. Open a "reply" box or "new topic".
2. At the bottom you'll see a box titled "Add Images". Use this for images on your HD.
3. Click the "browse" button and find the picture on your drive, then click "open". This will load your picture to TNet. If you want to load more than one, click on "more attachements".
4. When finished loading look up top for a camera icon with a red stripe. Click it once for each picture you've loaded. Then you will have to number each one ... attach 1, 2, 3, etc.
5. Sizing is important too! I'm sure you've open a page here and a picture took up the entire screen. Experiment to find the right size ... personally 640x480 pixels is about right and around 150Kb.
6. For web-hosted pictures (Photo Bucket, Ink Frog, etc.) click on the other camera icon and insert the URL of the picture from the site between the "img" brackets.
7. There's a "testing" thread near the bottom of the Index to practice ... recommend you try it there first otherwise we'll all make fun of you. ::)
