Prayers for a brother detectorist

You guys please say a prayer for a good friend of mine here in ms. He is an awesome guy and has been a fellow digger for a long time. A few months ago he dug plate number 101. His collection is absolutely awesome. If he recovers and gets mad for putting his name on here I will deal with it. He is john Perkins and drs say he will not get better from stroke and heart problems. He is UN conscious on ventilator and they say he will remain the way he is but I know with GOD all things are possible. Please pray for his recovery. Thanks. Howard. My best friends father was in an accident and wasn't expected to come out of his coma. When I made it for my visit after praying with him I talked with him about how he needed to wake up, if for nothing more than to appreciate the beautiful nurses that were taking such good care of him. (You had to know Uncle Chuck!) Needless to say, he came back to us, AND he heard everything that we all prayed and said. He was so appreciative of the prayer and visits! It sounds like you're a great friend...don't give up! Prayers are powerful.

UPDATE ON MY FRIEND JOHN

I thank all you guys who prayed for john from the bottom of my heart. He has been on a ventilator and feeding tube for quite some time now. He has only had a couple of relatives visit him on occasion, not much family left. The drs have continued to be so negative about his recovery and basically gave no hope at all and that he would never get any better than the state he was in. I did not accept that but rather believed what GOD said in his word and I turned it over to him. At the same time when I was with john I always talked to him and spoke nothing but uplifting and encouraging things to him. I let him know how many were praying for his speedy recovery and that they were keeping him in that state to help his body heal and regain strenght. I received a call today that in a split second he just woke up from coma like symptoms,is in his right mind and can't wait to get out and go digging. All the glory goes to GOD!!! Thank you FATHER!!! Thanks again for all the prayers.
