PREHISTORIC EFFIGY ?

We came across this cleaning out a house . Friends of ours Aunt moved - they told us we could go in and take any left-over items , I found this in the cellar in a tupperware box .
It kind of looks like Homer Simpson .
I think it's made out of stone .
