Problem with Weird forum format of background on iPad

I keep having a problem with 1000's of paragraph marks all over page. I can't use Tnet. What gives?
Here is what it is doing. Two pictures.

Any way to get rid of this? I checked several pages and they all do it but not the front page:

I don't know what the cause is but I'll post this where Marc will see it as he is the one to address these issues.

In the mean time I'm moving the topic out of Today's Finds.

I get the picture of one particular member in the middle of every post on my I pad. Rather spooky and very annoying.
